Coconut Cuties

1 cup shredded coconut

1/3 cup gluten free all purpose flour

2 TBSP corn starch

3 TBSP Brown sugar

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 tsp Salt


Procedure


1. Mix shredded coconut into all purpose flour

2. Add Milk, sugar, cornstarch and salt

3. Put into cupcake mold and bake 30 mins , temp 160C.
